I did get THL W200 LED notifications working but did have to root first very easy using Framaroot/MobileuncleTools.

I used the total commander.
- download the file from Ludoos Link here with the phone
- extract the file
- remove the old lights.default. so file (replace didnt work for unknown reason)
- insert the new one,
- long press the inserted file,
- properties,
- press rwx (upper right),
- and then in the lower left write 0644,
- reboot and have fun

Suggestion for the process to keep a copy of the old file just incase!!

rename the new file **.so1 and copy to the folder
rename the old lights.default.so file to **.so2 and retain
rename the new file to **.so
continue with the steps.
