This phone is awesome! It's memory is just the right size at 16gig. The cameras are wonderful at 13mp back and 8mp front. I Skype with mine all the time and it's great. As for videos, pictures and music, it suits my needs perfectly.
I love the size of the 5.7 inch screen as I can surf the internet in comfort and find that I don't even need my laptop anymore. All my emails come through clearly and I can type perfectly using the querty keyboard that pops up on the screen.
Having Android 4.2, the google store allows you too download and customize the phone to your own needs and live wall papers work great as well as the bluetooth and dual sim. I have a 32g memory card in mine and do regular backups to it using an app for backing up the entire phone's memory.
This is the best phone ever and real value for money - THL really impressed me with this product! (Posted on 12/13/13)

I bought one to check it out with the view that if it wasn't satisfactory then I hadn't wasted a lot of money. A risk that was well worth taking as it far exceeds my expectations. The build quality is as good as any smart phone I have seen. But what makes it such good value is all the features from the 13MP camera to the spare battery(Just compare the spec to any phone 3 times the price). Android is such a joy to use with it's large screen. I now have a spreadsheet and word processor that I can use on the go without having to lug around a tablet as well as a phone. The video recording is excellent. Who would have thought you could get an HD camera on your phone! Tried out sat nav on a trip from Barnsley to Southport via Manchester, no mean feat in rush hour. Performed flawlessly. BBC iplayer is increadibly clear and eminently watchable. I have caught up with missed tv shows :o) Only niggle is that the on/off switch is exactly where I place my thumb when holding it! But I can train myself. It is so good that I ordered a second one for my wife. Such a pity that these phones don't get a mention with any of the mainstream reviewers or retailers. Maybe not enough profit for them? All in all I would highly recommend thl to anyone that isn't hung up on big brand names. (Posted on 10/10/13)

I would say its good as my grand father bought it for him.
He likes the big screen and slim design.
Most features are quite similar to that of any android phone. everything that is there is good.

So my phone arrived today in south Africa, I really didn't think it was this big big to be honest. It booted up to a screen I didn't really know what I was suppose to do but then after a rebooted it booted to an amazing home screen with absolutely gorgeous crisp clarity. Then I quickly started with the installation of all apps that I need but had my first issue with the phone as it is just simply stock android it had no suppose for proper English input but then good thing android has so many developers which meant a solution was invertible and I found it, SwiftKey keyboard which is such a brilliant way to type in this phone. The phone runs super smooth, the quad core does it job, until you want to do some serious gaming. Modern combat 4 isn't a title you should plan on playing on this device, or any other seriously demanding games. The camera is okay, nothing so wow there, takes good pictures and superb 1080p videos. The phone is worth the money. fast, good battery life, fairly intuitive to use (with modest learning curve). Can do free video calls using Skype when I'm in a wi-fi hotspot, and the call/video quality is good.

a) THLmobilestore accepts paypal. Perfect.
b) Order put in on Thursday 11th July 2013. I selected DHL/EMS/UPS Express Shipping (3 to 5 business days) - Express
c) Phone was sent out on Monday 15th July 2013, THLmobilestore sent me an email with the DHL tracking number.
d) Phone arrived at my doorstep in Malaysia on Wednesday 17th July 2013.

Overall experience: Very satisfied how smooth it all went.

2) Packing: (5/5)
The phone box was nicely packed in a brown box. Inside the brown box, they had those soft stuff all around it to protect the phone box.
Top notch packing quality, no dents to the box, everything in order.

3) Unpacking: (4/5)

c) Camera photo quality : (3/5). Photos look nice enough.
d) Video recording and playback: (4/5). Didn't expect the video recording to be clear even when i shaked the phone during recording.
e) Audio (3/5). A little soft, but decent enough.
f) Battery life (4/5). Pretty good. It lasted longer than i expected right out of the box without charging, battery was at 50% or so. (roughly 1 day).
g)Everything else in the phone works fine. My only complaint would be the button responsiveness for the below.
i) camera snap picture button
ii) menu button
You can't just tap it to make it work. You gotta press a little. Other buttons respond well with a tap though.

5) Price : (4/5) -1 becoz other sites can sell the phone cheaper.
After buying the phone from THLmobilestore i actually found other sites selling the phone at a lower price. Whether the other sites will actually deliver the phone to you with the same quality packing and efficiency is another thing. Or will the phone even arrive at your doorstep lol. Suggestion : give us a 8/16 GB free SD card :) to make your price USD 299.99 even more attractive.

Overall many branded middle range phones in the market don't even come close in terms of specs to this phone. (Posted on 7/19/13)

I got this phone for my wife and she loves it! It is her first smart phone. She never wanted one because she hates the size of the phones. She thinks all the new phones look way too "manly" because the screens are so big. She has had an iPod Touch and loves that. This phone is the only modern smart phone that has about the same screen size as the iPod Touch. It runs perfectly well. It is smooth and can run about any game I could find on the market.

As far as non-contract phones go, this phone has the most power per dollar of any Android phone I've seen. After rooting and removing bloat, it's pretty snappy, but I do experience some lag at times, especially when unlocking the screen. Other than that, it's everything I wanted in a non-contract Android phone for a great price. (Posted on 7/18/13)

I bought this phone to replace my Sony cell phone. It arrived on time. I took the SIM card out from the Sony and inserted into it. It works perfectly without any problem. The manual is easy to understand. I can connect to the Internet via the Wi-fi. It is also light-weighted. Great camera . Just a little slow but I also dont like that the phone contains little memory so if you like to store memory in your phone you may need to purchase a memory card. One more thing about GPS, you DON'T need to have a data plan for GPS to work. You can pre catch using google maps a certain area of 10 miles radius and use GPS to navigate without data plan, it works. Also you can use all those health and fitness apps (although I recommend my tracks by google) to record the track you run/jog/cycle and then come back home to overlay the map and share.
