  Also I performed restore factory setting two or three times but the error massage "unfortunately, Setting has stopped" continuously appearing..

  ho acquistato il THL W8 da un negoziante cinese, il quale ha emesso regolare scontrino. Purtroppo devo segnalare tre problemi:
  1) Quando inserisco le cuffie auricolari l'audio è pessimo, incomprensibile, e per continuare a parlare devo sfilare lo spinotto. Conseguentemente non posso ascoltare musica con le cuffie.
  2) non c'è stato verso di avviare Skype. Con questo telefono è impossibile avviare una conversazione tramite skype perchè non riesce in alcun modo a connettersi. Dopo avere digitato passwoord e nome rimene in attesa per ore intere:
  3) non c'p stato verso di attivare il Tethering/Hotspot per utilizzare lo smartphone W8 come rooter per connettermi ad internet con un Personal Computer portatile.
  Il negoziante è assente da diversi giorni e non riesco a contattarlo. Quali soluzioni ai problemi mi prospettate ?? Posso chiedere la sostituzione dello smartphone acquistato il 17.05.2013 dal momento che è difettoso ? Grazie.

- The phone arrived damaged. The support is bad. I keep getting stupid automatic emails about chinese new years eve. I have send them photos and paperwork and they keep asking the same over and over with automatic emails. I am waiting for help and they don't respond and every 48 hours they sens new auto emails that ask me if my problem was resolved. The support and customer service is from bad to inexcistant and they don't take responsibility. What am I supposed to do?

Phone is just the perfect size for me, I love big screens. The battery can use day, I love this phone so much I will probably have to insure it because it will handle everything. The W8 is AWESOME. The screen is much brighter and whiter, even my wife whom is a diehard iphone user was extremely impressed . She thought it is too big for her use but said it was perfect for me. I can actually read my emails WITHOUT my READING GLASSES. Everything is bigger on the display - though web browsing you see more on the screen but it's not actually larger. (Posted on 5/3/13)

I receved my mobile in 2 workin days. My W8 is amazing, large and brilliant
Screen, fast processor and a cool android version!
The package is very good and it comes with earphones, charger,
2 batteries , 2 covers and 2 screen protector!!! What else?:)

It is fabulous. It was easy to set up and the screen is gorgeous. The battery life is BEYOND amazing. My previous phone was a Samsung Charge and I used to be low or super low by 3pm. Now, I use the phone non-stop and still have 20-30% of battery life by 9:00 pm. Large screen is fantastic. it's a bit harder to do things one handed (especially since I'm terrified of dropping the phone - although I dropped it once onto a tile floor and everything was just fine). All my concerns about size and practicality were proven wrong after just using it for a day. I really really love this phone. The screen size is perfect for web surfing which I do frequently. The battery life is awesome too. I used to have to download apps to do some battery saving but I can surf the web, play some games and watch an episode or 2 on netflix without having to charge my battery for most of the day. I was initially worried about the size of the phone and whether it would fit in my pocket. I can say it fits in the back pocket of every pair of pants I have worn so far and I am already used to the size of the phone, even just after a week of use.
