The purchase process, was pretty straghtforward. I was not at all happy with the logistics, as the checkout indicated expedited delivery through an option the included known couriers... Unfortunately it looks like they were not used, so I would not recommend the expedited option. At least for Greece. With regards to the device itself: Pretty impressive. Bigger than Note II, so dont look for compatible cases etc. Quad core shows its value. Screen is more than decent, however in bright sunlight is suffers significantly. Battery life (5-6h calls per day, and 3h email/internet browsing) leaves me with 10-20%, so it takes me though a normal 10h biz day. There is a replacement batter, but I find the cover uncomfortably difficult to remove without a pin or some other little tool. Reception seems decent, and Android 4.2 shines on this device. There is a free case sent, for some reason they decided to send me a pink, instead of a more neutral color, so it is useless for me. (Posted on 6/12/13)Star - Great phone Review by Bill

This is a great phone. It has a powerful processor and excellent build quality. The screen is amazing, real sharp and good colors. Android 4.2 is nice as well. I wouldn't mind not to replace the W8+ if it had better life. (Posted on 5/29/13)Star - working perfectly Review by Heidi

Great performance, 3G are properly fast, Android is really good, you can customize it a lot; also enormous number of Apps available for all kinds of things. Nice screen with great size, and the phone is not very bulky. Its Processor and RAM memory should be better though, it's not that great when compared to newer phones. This phone is amazing. Nice, sleek and very durable. Battery does not last too long though. It even survived a roll over accident I had...it was thrown from the car and landed on the road. All I did was put the battery and backing on and turned it on, it worked!!! The screen is a bit big, a little bit small pocket is not fit. The phone is excellent. Everything works smooth and there are not lags even when running games such as jetpack joyride.... good Battery life is excellent. I really like this phone and as I use it more, I learn new things like how to use blocking mode (how to block certain contacts and even at certain times), how to manage apps and turn off energy wasters, and how to arrange shortcuts on the screen the best way. I am a little behind on this technology, but this phone has a sensor where it knows when you are looking at the display and the phone won't auto dim on you if you are looking at it. Pretty cool.
