    After the startup of the camera application, the phone freezes a few seconds and a pop-up tells me that the gallery stop working.
    I handed the phone back to factory reset, the camera does not always work.
    and I upgraded firmware to ThL_W7.130503.JB42.V12.HD_.EN_.COM_.8P32_MT6589_Cam3H2, the camera does not always work.
    I think this camera is broken

    i've bought these phone and it's fantastic!
    the only thing is the you shoult release some firmware/rom updates! it could work better on graphic games (like asphalt7) because is a 4 core! please release some updates! (android 4.3-4.4)

  • I received my THL w7s in Saudi Arabia but when i put SIM card and configure to use for internet browsing it doesn't work. i tried sim 1 and tried sim 2 but still internet is not working even data is enabled for the sim i am using but when i use wifi it is working. could please tell me what am i going to do.? thank you.

  • I just bought THL W7 Plus Quard Core CPU from Shenzhen THL Shop beside SEG Building.
    
    The first date everything work find but I found problem of front camera when night time alway black. Then I ask technician to check. The THL technician try to update my firmware to international version. After I back to Thailand I found the international version That see ROM only 1GB and GPS dones't work.
    
    Could you please help me how to restore back to the shop version?
