  • Guys look what is going on, I got this w200s from chinavasion less then 6 months and it left down and quebrou the screen, they told me they asked the Thl department and they said they could not get me the screen. My question is, you guys can not get me the screen? I have this nice phone, I can not believe I cannot replace it. I pay for it by Paypal I just want to have a help/support with it.

    I have a w200s for 2 weeks now and I was extremelly happy with the phone. It happens that 2 days ago when I tried to use the front camera I got an error saying "can't connect to camera" and now I don't even have the option to select it or adjust settings.
    I still have the back camera at least, but the front camera is very useful to me for video calls.
    I also tried to clean the camera cache, but I can't even find the camera app process...
    Can you please help me solve this problem?
    
    If I need to format and reinstall the system can you induct me how to do it as all the options appear in chinese?

  • Hi, is there a full users guide available to download or a users forum anywhere please? I've had my w200s a few days and I'm struggling with little things such as how to copy selected text (& paste) saving & accessing favourite web pages etc. I dont know anyone who has a thl to ask. Even typing is strange, if I take too long to write a word it adds its own space and makes it into 2 seperate words. I just want somewhere to go to solv e all the little new new niggly bits...   • Hi, my THL W200S phone proximity sensor doesn't work correctly - When making a phone call, if you put your ear to the phone, the screen will blank - as it should... but no matter what you try, there's no way to get it to come back on, until the other person hangs up the phone - if the other person doesn't hang up... then it will stay connected, as you can't do anything - the screen is off and nothing will turn it back on.

  • I have an intermittent problem with the phone. Sometimes when switching on the splash screen displays briiefly (but not with the usual sound) the screen then goes black before displaying Chinese text, multi coloured strips or switching on the front camera. The only solution is to remove the battery and restart which so far has worked.
